1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any MJ Essence E-commerce service, website, platform, product, or business opportunity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable company policies

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register as a customer, reseller, affiliate, or MLM member, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information.

3.Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Customers must provide accurate order and payment information. 

All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise stated. An order may be canceled or reviewed if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or another legitimate business reason.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods approved by MJ Essence E-commerce.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, or other circumstances.

The company will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch confirmed orders. However, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers must provide a correct delivery address and contact information.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges will be handled according to the official MJ Essence  E-commerce Return and Refund Policy.

Where applicable, products may need to be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will not automatically apply to products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise excluded under the company’s applicable policy.

Any approved refund may be subject to verification and processing requirements.

6. E-commerce Reseller and Affiliate Participation

Eligible individuals may participate in the MJ Essence  E-commerce reseller or affiliate program subject to the applicable company rules.

Resellers and affiliates may promote approved products using authorized links, marketing materials, product information, and company-approved methods.

Commissions or profits may only be earned on eligible and verified transactions according to the applicable compensation or affiliate plan.

The company may reject or reverse rewards connected with canceled, returned, fraudulent, duplicate, or invalid orders.

7. Sponsor and Referral Rules

A member may introduce a new participant through the company’s approved registration or referral process.

Sponsor, referral, and network placement information must be accurate and must not be manipulated.

Members may not use fake accounts, unauthorized identities, false transactions, or other deceptive methods to change network positions or obtain compensation.

Any dispute regarding sponsorship or placement will be reviewed according to the official company records and applicable policies.

8. Commission, Bonuses, and Compensation

Eligible commissions, bonuses, incentives, and rewards will be calculated according to the official MJ Essence  E-commerce Compensation Plan.

Eligibility may depend on factors such as verified product sales, qualified transactions, account status, and other conditions specified in the Compensation Plan.

The company may review, hold, adjust, reverse, or deny compensation where transactions are fraudulent, canceled, refunded, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise invalid.

Members are responsible for understanding the current Compensation Plan before participating.

9. No Guaranteed Income or Earnings

MJSL E-commerce does not guarantee any income, profit, sales result, lifestyle, financial success, or specific level of earnings.

Results may vary depending on factors including product demand, sales activity, marketing skills, customer service, effort, expenses, market conditions, and other circumstances.

Members must not claim or imply that joining MJ Essence  E-commerce will provide guaranteed income, quick wealth, financial freedom, employment, a salary, or any specific financial result.

Any earnings statement made by the company or an authorized participant must be truthful, properly supported, and presented in accordance with applicable law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

MJ Essence  E-commerce reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms & Conditions.

The company may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where there is evidence or a reasonable basis to believe that the participant has violated company policies, engaged in fraud, provided false information, made deceptive claims, manipulated the compensation system, or caused harm to customers, participants, or the company.

Termination or suspension may result in the loss of access to the account and future participation, subject to applicable law and the company’s policies.

11. Changes to Policies and Compensation Plans

MJ Essence  E-commerce may update its products, services, prices, website, business policies, compensation plan, commission structure, bonus rules, reseller program, affiliate program, or these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary.

Where required, updated information will be communicated or published through the company’s official channels.

Continued use of the company’s services or continued participation after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
